Thinking Outside the Box

Once again, Intelletrace has proven why a reseller adds value and gets the job done! We had a customer order a 50meg Internet circuit through a large Carrier in May for a turn up date for June 15th. Half way through the install process, the Carrier told our customer there was no way that they were going to meet the promised turn up date. Our customer, was desperate and afraid they would lose thousands of dollars if their install did not happen as scheduled.

Intelletrace got the call from the potential customer. The customer had no idea what to do and needed to move their entire office in less than two weeks. Intelletrace was able to leverage their existing relationship with a local fiber provider who was able to do a site survey and pull fiber the same day Intelletrace called them. Intelletrace also was able to find an Internet provider who could turn up quickly. In a matter of 5 business days, Intelletrace didn’t turn up a 50 meg circuit, but a 100 meg circuit for the same price, the customer was planning to pay with the Carrier. The customer could not believe a Carrier could act so quickly to his needs from signature of contract to installation and turn up of the new line. Intelletrace is now their #1 vendor for all of their Internet, data, and co location needs.

A Myth Intelletrace Proves Wrong

One of the biggest myths in the telecom industry, are non-facility based resellers “add another line of communication” and “slow down the process of installing and repairing services”. Intelletrace continually proves these statements to be a myth. Over the last few years, business has grown rapidly with other Carriers, who see the value in Intelletrace. Even other Carrier customers have said, “Intelletrace installs services 2 to 3 days quicker than going direct to the Carrier” and “Intelletrace was not only able to repair our circuit quickly, but they were able to look into our router to make sure it was not a hardware related issue.”

Intelletrace was founded by engineers who saw value in resellers. A reseller who can solve problems quickly, so their customers can concentrate what they do best. This philosophy provided the groundwork for a customer friendly company. Intelletrace remains focused on selling, installing, and supporting data and Internet circuits. The company focus enables Intelletrace to do their job very well and establish relationships with their Carriers.
